• We do not offer vegan cuisine. No gluten-free and lactose-free menus (individual dishes are possible).
• Breakfast and dinner are served on our panoramic terrace that turns into a heated winter garden if the temperature falls.
• You will get a guest card that includes many reductions.
• Since 2014 the current prices in South Tyrol include 2,90€ of tourist tax per person and day, which has to be paid on departure.
• Arrival: daily between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Please let us know if you arrive later. Departure: until 10:30 am.
• Pets are not allowed in this hotel.
• Payment: MASTER Card - Visa. For cash payment (banknotes), we grant a reduction of 1%.
• Price reductions for children on request.
• Cancellation: In the event of early departure or late arrival or cancellation, the room will be charged according to the following provisions: 60 - 30 days before arrival 50%, 30 - 7 days - 70%, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged within 7 days before arrival. We recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
